Why is my playable balance different from my withdrawable balance?

What validation documents do I need to submit?

In order to withdraw your funds, you will need to submit the following documentation:

- Photo of ID (good quality, not blurry, front/back in color);

- Photos of the credit card used (back and front in color). We only need the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card to verify it in the system. Please make sure your signature on the back is visible as well;
