Withdrawal requests must be reviewed and approved by the Cherry Gold Casino finance department before being sent out for payment. Upon making a withdrawal request, the Player will be required to send in valid identification documentation, confirming the Player’s age and address. Withdrawals will only be processed for payment when Cherry Gold Casino has received all the requested identification documents.
Acceptable identification documentation includes, but not limited to:
- Copy of ID. (Colored copy of both the back and the front).
- Copy of all the credit cards used. (Colored copy of both the back and the front). The company requires only the first six (6) and last four (4) digits of the card for verification, with a copy of the Player’s signature on the back of the card.

Cherry Gold Casino does not charge the Player any fees for any of their withdrawal methods; however, the Player’s payment processor or bank may levy a processing fee for the withdrawal, which the Player is responsible for.
