7. You may close your account at any time and Cherry Gold Casino will return to you any and all funds from your account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. 8. If you do not log onto your account for a period of one 180 days, all balances may be removed from your account after a notification has been sent to the registered e-mail address. Your account will then be considered Inactive. In the event that we are unable to contact you once your account as become Inactive, a charge of €/$/£ 5.00 per month administrative fee will be charged on your account and we will continue reasonable efforts to contact you. If after 12 months, we have been unable to contact you, your account will be considered Dormant and we will be considered as a termination of this agreement. Any monies remaining on your account at this time will be transferred to the company.
9. All deposits by Credit Card will require that the player completes the Cherry Gold Casino verification form before Cherry Gold Casino will proceed with the withdrawal process. The verification form must be properly printed, clearly filled out and either faxed back or scanned and emailed to Cherry Gold Casino. Cherry Gold Casino reserves the right to request the verification form at any time and may terminate any account that does not satisfactorily complete and/or return the Verification Form in a period determined as reasonable by Cherry Gold Casino.

1. In such a case, Cherry Gold Casino may unilaterally determine resolution of any account funds. When a bonus is redeemed, wagering on restricted games is forbidden so all the winnings would be voided.    Bonuses will be credited on deposits only. Reversed withdrawals are not considered deposits and will not be matched with a promotional bonus. If any of a player's real money deposits to the casino are reversed due to insufficient funds, chargeback, or any other reason, irrespective of the payment method, Cherry Gold Casino withholds the right to cancel any promotional bonuses, credits, wins or withdrawals.
